The author of 106 books, I have been teaching since 1977. At the turn of the century (in 2000!) when I was asked to co-teach Children's and Young Adult Literature at the University of North Texas, I began teaching online. Children's writers outside the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex asked me to teach my Southern Methodist University picture book workshop online, so in January 2001 I began teaching private workshops in cyberspace.
I teach ten online workshops from January to December.
You can take a group workshop or a self-paced workshop.
The craft workshops
will help you develop your manuscript.
Each craft workshop includes several critiques. Choose the one that fits your budget.
(After the workshop you can add-on more critiques.)
The business workshops
will help you sell your work.
An online workshop does not have a physical meeting place or classroom hours. That makes my workshops "international." I have had students from every continent except Antarctica!
Are you ready to work on your craft?
All you need is access to email, a library card, and a desire to write.
