from an author who uses them everyday.
Timetable:
Six weeks before the visit:
Decide which 10-15 books you want to offer on your student book order (so I can order your books and make a book order form pdf for you.)
Most schools order:
(1) hardcovers for the library
(2) paperbacks for the students
Four weeks before the visit:
I will send a copy of each book on your list to your school for you to read to the students. A pdf of your book order form will be mounted here for you to copy: Stephens
Two weeks before the visit:
Please send the book order forms home with your students.
On the day of the visit:
All monies will be collected and the books will be signed.
(If book orders come in after the visit, the parents can order the books online and I will ship the books to their house.)
Q. How will the students pay for the books?
A. There are two options. The one you select will be added to the book order forms you send home with students:
- Personal Funds:
You collect cash, checks, and money orders addressed to Anastasia Suen in an envelope.
- School Funds:
You collect cash, checks, and money orders addressed to your PTA or school. At the end of the visit, the PTA or school writes me a check for all funds collected.
Please note: I can sell books at schools in Texas and online only in other states.
